Terms of Service

Operational terms for using Neurofort during beta and beyond.

1. Service Description

Neurofort is a community knowledge management platform that provides AI-powered memory storage, search, and multi-agent council sessions via a Discord bot and web dashboard. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities or to store prohibited content.
  • Attempt to access other communities' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent rate limits or security measures.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service beyond normal usage patterns.

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

When you provide LLM API keys, you are responsible for complying with the respective provider's terms of service. Neurofort encrypts your keys and uses them solely for processing your community's requests. You remain responsible for any costs incurred with your API provider.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you store in Neurofort. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Beta Disclaimer

Neurofort is currently in beta. The service may experience downtime, data loss, or breaking changes. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data during the beta period.
